At SpineBikes, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and not ridden

  • In original condition and undamaged

  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and components included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or sent incorrectly:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or installation

Any non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email ride@spinebikes.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return authorization and instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard return policy applies

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Information

All bikes and electric rideables sold by SpineBikes include a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
