Our Promise

Every product goes through quality checks before shipping, but if an issue occurs, you’re covered by our 30-Day Return Guarantee.
Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at ride@spinebikes.com  within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

  3. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll immediately arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge.

  • After 24 hours or once shipped, standard return terms apply.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


Brand-Specific Returns

Some brands have their own policies or restocking procedures.
We’ll help you coordinate directly with the manufacturer if needed making the process fast and worry-free.
