At SpineBikes, we aim to deliver your order safely, transparently, and in line with EU & US consumer standards. 


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to selected European Union countries, as shown at checkout.

We mainly ship to the United States or Canada.

If your location is not available at checkout, shipping is not currently supported.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions

  • Any applicable shipping fees depend on product size, weight, and destination

  • There are no hidden shipping charges


⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing time:
1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated delivery time:
5–9 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and carrier)

Total delivery times 5-12 days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • DPD

  • Local EU courier partners

Carrier selection depends on your delivery location and product type.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in that email.


🔧 Packaging & Assembly

  • Products are inspected before dispatch

  • Bikes and electric rideables are shipped partially assembled

  • Minor final assembly (such as attaching pedals or handlebars) may be required

Assembly instructions are included where applicable.


⚠️ Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • Email: ride@spinebikes.com

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

  • SpineBikes does not offer in-store pickup
