Welcome to SpineBikes (“SpineBikes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds / Warranty Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Services

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order or contacting us, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only when:

  • You receive an order confirmation email from us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability issues. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by local authorities.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship only to destinations listed on our website at checkout.

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. SpineBikes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Returns, cancellations, refunds, and warranty claims are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds / Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Some items may be excluded from returns (such as custom-made or clearance items), as clearly stated before purchase.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer and may be subject to their own terms and registration requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product information — is owned by SpineBikes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

“SpineBikes” and associated branding are trademarks of SpineBikes. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services & Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products online.

Your purchase contract is directly with SpineBikes, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products, customer service, or any disputes related to your order.

Third-party services or links may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

  • To violate any applicable law or regulation

  • To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • To disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Services

  • To transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
