3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and include or exclude taxes as clearly stated. Any applicable VAT or regional taxes will be shown during checkout where required by law.

If a pricing or availability error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are listed on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any issues according to our Refund & Warranty Policy.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

All returns, cancellations, refunds, and warranty claims are governed exclusively by our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Certain items, including custom-built, clearance, or used products, may be non-returnable as clearly stated on the product page.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Certain services, such as payment processing or shipping tools, may be provided by third parties.

Your purchase contract is with SPIN Bikes, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products, customer service, or fulfilment.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose, including attempting to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
