All Revibikes eBikes & accessories are shipped directly from our California warehouse to your door.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Most electric bikes qualify for free 1–2 day shipping, ensuring fast delivery so you can get riding quickly.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage within 3 business days.

🛡️ Warranty Coverage

All Revibikes eBikes come with a 2-year standard warranty (valid for purchases made after July 1st, 2023).

The warranty covers all major components and store-bought accessories for 2 years.

Please note:

• Wear-and-tear parts (such as tires, tubes, brake pads) are not covered
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered
  
• Warranty is valid within the continental United States only
