Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground.

NAKTO bikes arrive 95% pre-assembled only the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals need to be attached.
Simple setup instructions and videos are available on NAKTO’s YouTube channel.
↩️ Returns
New, unused e-bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Frame and structure are also built for long-term durability under normal riding conditions.
Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts (tires, brakes, grips, chains, etc.) or damage caused by misuse, modification, or water exposure.
