- Free shipping on all e-bikes to the United States and Canada. Shipping for parts and accessories, if any, is shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days in total.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to ride@spinebikes.com with photos.

- Unused bikes in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
